HOLMES MURPHY – ARCADIA BUILDING

Butzke Burch Construction partnered with the landlord to complete a 75,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Holmes Murphy in the Arcadia Building in West Des Moines, Iowa. The project transformed the space into a Class-A office environment designed to support the company’s employees, clients, and day-to-day operations.

The build-out included high-end interior finishes throughout the space, with custom slat ceiling features, detailed millwork, polished office finishes, and a professional design that reflects the quality and presence of the Holmes Murphy brand.

With a focus on quality, communication, and execution, Butzke Burch helped deliver a refined office environment that balances professionalism, function, and long-term flexibility for one of Central Iowa’s most prominent businesses.
