James Pointe Flex Building

Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor to construct a 30,000 square foot structural masonry and steel building for speculative flex space. The building includes two loading docks and drive-in doors for each tenant bay. Following completion of the shell building, Butzke Burch completed a tenant improvement for Dogtopia. The shell building project was started in 2022 and completed in 2023.
