JORDAN WEST RETAIL
West Des Moines, Iowa
The Jordan West Retail project consists of two multi-tenant retail buildings totaling 13,301 square feet. This project has a unique design with dual drive thru spaces with a connecting wood trellis between the buildings along with complementing canopies. Butzke Burch was brought in as a team member during the design process to lead the project team through initial budgeting, city submissions and approvals. Jordan West Retail is scheduled for a Spring 2022 completion.
