KERR FAMILY DENTAL

Butzke Burch Construction served as the design-build contractor for the expansion and extensive renovation of Kerr Family Dental, located in a historic building on the Osceola town square. The project was completed in phases, allowing the practice to remain open throughout construction.

The renovation included major structural improvements after the existing floor system was found to have significant sagging and bowing. Butzke Burch removed the existing floor joists and subfloor, installed additional foundations, and reconstructed the floor system to provide long-term stability for the clinic.

Original materials from the building were salvaged and repurposed into the finished space, including floor joists and brick used at the reception desk and at the new opening connecting the previously separate suites. The result is a modern dental clinic that supports patient care and clinical workflow while preserving the character of the historic building.
