Middlebrook Lofts & Peoples Company HQ

Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor for a multi-building development project including a three-story mixed-use building and a new headquarters building for Peoples Company. The mixed-use building includes 26 apartment units with a garden level along with street level retail. Across the street will be a two story mixed-use building with ground floor retail and class A office space for Peoples Company’s new headquarters.
