Peoples Company Headquarters

Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor for a multi-building development project including a three-story mixed-use building and a new headquarters building for Peoples Company. The new headquarters for Peoples Company is a 23,582 square foot, two story office building with sustainability and efficiency goals met with geothermal heating and cooling and a solar array on the roof.
