Peoples Company HQ

Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor for a multi-building development project including a three-story mixed-use building and a new headquarters building for Peoples Company. The new headquarters for Peoples Company is a 23,582 square foot, two story office building with ground floor retail space. The project is scheduled for completion late 2025.
