Shoppes at West Lakes

Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor for a speculative retail center located in West Des Moines, Iowa. Butzke Burch assisted the development team through pre-construction and City approvals on this 12,000 square foot building. The conventional structural steel building was wrapped with DensElements sheathing, brick, Nichiha siding and expansive storefront. The project was started in 2023 and completed in 2024.
