SkinFusion Integrated Aesthetics

Butzke Burch was hired as the Design-Build contractor to construct a new building in the Olde Town district in Altoona, Iowa for SkinFusion. The project consisted of a 4,881 square foot shell building with a 3,370 square foot medspa tenant improvement for SkinFusion. The building was designed to emulate and pay homage to old main street buildings and was completed in 2025.
