Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor to complete the tenant improvement for a wine bar in Johnston, Iowa for The Cork 50131. The Butzke Burch team worked closely with the owners and design team to create a sleek modern space including custom slat ceilings, leathered granite counter tops with a open painted structure.
