Butzke Burch was hired as the general contractor for a speculative retail center located in Waukee, Iowa. Butzke Burch assisted the development team through pre-construction and City approvals on this 15,000 square foot building. Butzke Burch had the pleasure of completing the tenant improvement in this building for Merll’s Pub & Patio.
